How do I play?
Tap to descend. Swipe up to return to the surface. Only gems that make it back with you are added to your Vault. Along the way you'll find 24 contracts, 18 relics, 4 regions, and 5 guardians, plus the Abyss Archive that tracks your history.
Is everything included in the purchase?
Yes. UNDERTOW is a one-time purchase on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads. Buying the app unlocks all content, every visual style, and every gem style.
How do I turn off sound or haptics?
Open the in-game Settings: sound and haptics each have their own toggle.
Does the game need an account or the internet?
There is no account and no login. You play as a guest. A connection is only needed for the optional Game Center leaderboard; the game itself runs fully offline.
What data does the app collect, and how do I control it?
UNDERTOW has no login and keeps your Vault and records on your device. The app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app removes all on-device data.
