These terms govern your use of Hoardle: The Abyss (the "App"), an iOS game published by BESSL Framework, Seoul, Republic of Korea. By downloading or playing the App, you agree to these terms. The App is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and the App Store's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement (EULA); where those apply, they govern your App Store relationship.
1. The game
Hoardle: The Abyss is a single-player game. It requires no account and stores your progress on your device. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
2. In-app purchases (cosmetics)
- The App offers optional in-app purchases, primarily cosmetic items and content unlocks. They carry no real-world value and are licensed to you for use within the App only.
- All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Prices, currency, and taxes are shown at the point of purchase.
- Purchased content is tied to your Apple ID or device entitlement and may be restored through Apple's standard restore mechanism.
3. Advertising
The App shows rewarded advertisements supplied by Google AdMob to keep the game free. Watching an ad is optional and, where offered, grants an in-game reward. Ads are served in personalized or non-personalized form depending on your App Tracking Transparency choice — see our Privacy Policy.
4. Refunds
All purchases are final except where the law requires otherwise. Because Apple is the merchant of record for every in-app purchase, refunds are handled solely by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, exploit, or otherwise misuse the App, and not to use it in violation of applicable law. We may limit or end your access if you do.
6. Virtual items
Any in-game currency, items, or entitlements have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or removed as part of normal game operation. They are stored as an on-device entitlement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BESSL Framework is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid within the App in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Third-party services
The App relies on services from Apple (StoreKit, App Store) and Google (AdMob, Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

본 약관은 대한민국 서울의 BESSL Framework가 제공하는 iOS 게임 Hoardle: The Abyss(이하 "본 앱") 이용에 적용됩니다. 본 앱을 내려받거나 이용하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 본 앱에는 Apple의 미디어 서비스 약관 및 App Store 표준 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약(EULA)도 적용되며, 해당 내용은 App Store 관계에 우선 적용됩니다.
1. 게임
Hoardle: The Abyss는 싱글 플레이 게임입니다. 계정이 필요 없으며 진행 상황을 기기에 저장합니다. 당사는 언제든 기능을 갱신·변경·중단할 수 있습니다.
2. 인앱 구매 (코스메틱)
- 본 앱은 선택적 인앱 구매를 제공하며, 주로 외형(코스메틱) 아이템과 콘텐츠 잠금 해제입니다. 실물 가치는 없으며 본 앱 내 사용을 위해서만 라이선스됩니다.
- 모든 구매는 Apple이 StoreKit을 통해 처리합니다. 가격·통화·세금은 구매 시점에 표시됩니다.
- 구매 콘텐츠는 Apple ID 또는 기기 권한에 연동되며 Apple 표준 복원 절차로 복원할 수 있습니다.
3. 광고
본 앱은 게임을 무료로 유지하기 위해 Google AdMob이 제공하는 리워드 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 시청은 선택 사항이며, 제공되는 경우 게임 내 보상을 지급합니다. 광고는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 선택에 따라 개인화 또는 비개인화 형태로 제공됩니다 — 개인정보 처리방침 참조.
4. 환불
법률상 달리 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 모든 구매는 최종적입니다. 모든 인앱 구매의 판매자(merchant of record)는 Apple이므로, 환불은 Apple 정책에 따라 Apple이 전적으로 처리합니다. 당사는 직접 환불할 수 없습니다. 환불은 reportaproblem.apple.com 에서 Apple에 요청하십시오.
5. 이용 제한
이용자는 본 앱을 리버스 엔지니어링, 변조, 악용하거나 관련 법령을 위반해 이용하지 않기로 합니다. 위반 시 당사는 접근을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
6. 가상 아이템
게임 내 재화·아이템·권한은 금전적 가치가 없고 현금으로 교환할 수 없으며, 통상적인 게임 운영의 일부로 변경·삭제될 수 있습니다. 이는 기기 내 권한(entitlement)으로 저장됩니다.
7. 보증의 부인
본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 및 "이용 가능한 상태(as available)"로 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 특정 목적 적합성 및 비침해를 포함해 명시적·묵시적 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 당사는 본 앱이 중단 없이, 오류 없이, 유해 요소 없이 제공된다고 보증하지 않습니다.
8. 책임의 제한
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 BESSL Framework는 본 앱 이용으로 발생하는 간접·부수적·특별· 결과적·징벌적 손해 또는 데이터·진행 상황 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 책임을 배제할 수 없는 경우, 청구 이전 12개월간 이용자가 본 앱 내에서 지불한 금액으로 책임이 제한됩니다.
9. 제3자 서비스
본 앱은 Apple(StoreKit, App Store)과 Google(AdMob, Firebase)의 서비스에 의존합니다. 해당 서비스 이용에는 각 사의 약관과 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. 당사는 제3자 서비스에 책임지지 않습니다.
10. 변경
앱의 변화에 따라 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 새 최종 개정일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시됩니다. 계속 이용하시면 개정된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.
11. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 이용자 거주지의 강행적 소비자 보호법이 달리 정하는 경우를 제외하고 국제사법 규정과 무관하게 해석됩니다.
